Tom Brady admits Netflix roast affected his kids, claims he’d ‘never’ do it again

Tom Brady had a roast of a lifetime. Three hours of trolling the greatest football player ever. However, there were some repercussions that he had to endure. One was ex-wife Gisele Bundchen being disappointed with what was said about her in that Netflix roast. Now, Brady has revealed something related to his kids.

Brady was a guest on The Pivot Podcast speaking with Ryan Clark. When Clark asked about how he felt at the end of the roast, Brady expressed how it went down with his kids.

I liked when the jokes were about me, I thought they were so fun. I didn’t like the way they affected my kids. It’s the hardest part about. Like the bittersweet aspect of when you do something that you think is one way. And then all of a sudden you realize I wouldn’t do that again because of the way that it affected actually the people that I care about the most in the world. It makes you in some ways a better parent going through it. I’m going to be a better parent as I go forward because of it. At the same time, I’m happy everyone who was there had a lot of fun. Tom Brady said

The all-time great has essentially put a lid on any such endeavors in the future. He will be wary of anything that could involve his current or past family members.

Even though it is not clear which jokes were the problem, it seems they did not appreciate whatever was said about their respective mothers. Brady has children with Bridget Moynahan and Gisele Bundchen. Even though the digs were mostly towards the latter, it seems the 7-time Super Bowl champion‘s kids collectively were not happy.
