Fiorentina will pay €750,000 for Andrea Belotti’s six-month loan, but won’t have an option to make his move permanent from Roma.

Belotti will spend the next six months in Florence and is already on his way to Tuscany. He will undergo his medical tests with Fiorentina tomorrow, Thursday, February 1.

Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio claims Fiorentina will pay €750,000 for Il Gallo’s loan until June, but the Tuscans won’t have an option to make the striker’s move permanent at the end of the campaign.

Belotti, 30, has scored six goals in 22 appearances across all competitions this season and his contract at the Stadio Olimpico runs out in June 2025.

Roma have also reached an agreement with Sassuolo for Marash Kumbulla’s loan move until June and will try to get Tommaso Baldanzi from Empoli on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.

Belotti, a former Palermo and Torino striker, has netted 109 goals in 315 Serie A matches.
